Role Overview: Senior Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: Business Development, Candidate Sourcing, Interview Prep, and Offer Management.
- Act as a strategic partner for candidates and clients.
- Develop markets, build relationships, and identify business opportunities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, our CRM, social media, and events.
- Mentor Junior Consultants.
