SROI and Inclusion Workshops
We help companies and organizations make their recruitment process more inclusive. We achieve this by providing advice on inclusive recruitment policies and facilitating concrete placements. Additionally, we support businesses in meeting their SROI obligations.
The aim of SROI is to create more employment opportunities for individuals who face barriers to entering the labor market. This is typically achieved by offering jobs and/or work experience placements to people from SROI target groups, such as returnees, individuals with Wajong benefits, or the long-term unemployed. It also includes people aged 50 and over, as well as students in BBL and BOL programs. To support this mission, we collaborate with Werkpad.
